Pilates
I teach Pilates because I believe in it.
I cater for a broad range of body types: absolute beginners, Pilates pros, athletes, dancers, 80+, teenagers, people with injuries, physiotherapy referrals, pre & post natal and visually impaired people. I aim to promote precise and effective movement that is balanced with joy- you should definitely have a laugh and leave the studio with a smile on your face!
Although my focus is now more towards producing events, I still teach 2 Pilates classes a week in the wonderful Yoga Rocks, Palmers Green and sometimes cover reformer Pilates at Social Pilates House, Winchmore Hill. I keep a regular practice for my own body and never stop learning about this highly effective method which has seen my body through quite a few life-altering situations. There is something so powerful about slowing down.
